Cookies
What Dermata saves on your phone or computer. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
Dermata doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. This website saves nothing at all, and the app only saves what's needed to keep you logged in. So there's nothing to accept or turn off.
This website
This website sets no cookies and saves nothing on your device. If you send the contact form, your message comes straight to us and nothing is kept in your browser.
The app
The app at app.dermata.ai saves two small things in your browser:
| Name | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| token | Keeps you logged in, so you don't have to sign in on every screen | Until you log out |
| firstName | So we can say hello using your name | Until you log out |
These are kept in your browser's local storage rather than as cookies, but the same rules apply. The law lets us save things that are strictly needed for a service you asked for without asking first, and both of these are. Logging out removes them.
No tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, social media buttons or embedded videos, and our fonts are stored on our own server. So nothing about your visit is sent to Google, Meta or other companies.
If this changes
If we ever add anything that isn't strictly needed, like analytics, we'll ask you first with a clear choice, and update this page.
